3kvp Terms & Conditions — Rules of Service

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 3kvp ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 3kvp online gaming platform accessible at https://3kvp.club. These Terms apply to all pages, features, games, betting markets and services available through 3kvp.

By creating an account, logging in, or placing a bet on 3kvp, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. 3kvp reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility

To open and use a 3kvp account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 3kvp does not permit access to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• You must not be self-excluded from 3kvp or from online gaming under any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion scheme.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee for any third party.

2. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 3kvp. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts. To register, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with any other person.
• You must notify 3kvp immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.
• 3kvp reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any point. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.
• Account information must be kept current. You must update 3kvp promptly if your registered mobile number, address or other account details change.

3kvp may conduct periodic verification checks on accounts. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 3kvp are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 3kvp supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank. Available payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit on 3kvp is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Maximum transaction limits may apply and will be communicated through the platform.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• 3kvp reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

3kvp may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited in BDT to your 3kvp account and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion will be stated in the offer terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any one time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously constitutes bonus abuse.
• 3kvp reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including bonuses already credited, if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

3kvp takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including coordinated betting designed to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaging in such activity will be suspended and associated winnings forfeited.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 3kvp are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market or game in question. 3kvp uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all virtual outcomes. Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi under their own certified systems.

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure accuracy before confirming a bet.
• 3kvp reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by errors in odds, system malfunctions, or events that fall outside the scope of a market's rules.
• Maximum bet and stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are set by 3kvp at its sole discretion and may be adjusted without notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, 3kvp's records shall be the definitive source of truth. All decisions made by 3kvp in relation to disputes are final and binding.

6. Responsible Gaming

3kvp is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that a small percentage of players may develop problematic gaming behaviour, and we provide the following tools and safeguards to help players maintain control.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their 3kvp account. Once set, a limit can only be reduced immediately; any increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gaming is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no new bets may be placed.
• Reality checks: Players may configure session time reminders to receive periodic notifications about the length of their active gaming session.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3kvp and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Providing false identity information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Operating multiple accounts, including accounts in the names of third parties, family members or associates.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the 3kvp platform.
• Attempting to launder funds through deposit and withdrawal cycles on 3kvp.

3kvp cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in investigations relating to any of the above prohibited activities. Any winnings accumulated through prohibited conduct will be void and forfeited in their entirety.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

3kvp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or if account activity is identified as suspicious, fraudulent or potentially harmful to other players or to the integrity of the platform.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Upon voluntary account closure requested by a player who is in good standing, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of all pending wagering requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3kvp platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of 3kvp or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the 3kvp platform without the express written permission of 3kvp.

10. Limitation of Liability

3kvp provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game information, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3kvp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

3kvp shall not be held responsible for losses arising from technical failures, network interruptions, server downtime, or delays caused by third-party payment providers. In all cases, 3kvp's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

11. Privacy

3kvp collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before using 3kvp.

12. Amendments to These Terms

3kvp reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 3kvp will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where the changes are significant, 3kvp may also notify registered players via their registered mobile number or via an on-platform notification.
